Please note that most factories and vendors are closed during Lunar New Year (Jan 31 to Feb 21). If your orders involve custom items (e.g. custom cables which you can choose color/length), or products that are sold-out, they will be shipped out after Feb 21 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our office will be closed from Feb 7 to Feb 13. Live chat and email support during this period will be limited.
