How to get tracking number?
We send all packages with tracking number. Once your package is ready for shipping, you will receive its tracking number to your email where you’ll be able to check its progress along the way.
Normally, packages are shipped out within 24~48 hours upon payment, except orders required custom works (e.g. tailor-made cables).
Tracking number will be emailed to you automatically after shipment is made (even you checkout as guest without an account with us).
If you didn't receive the email, please do check your spam or trash folders, in case the email was filtered incorrectly by your email provider.
Please make sure to whitelist and add our email address to your contact list!

You may also retrieve tracking number anytime under your account.
Sign in to your account (top menu bar)
Click View Order Status
Choose the order, then click View Order Details (Green Button)
Click Track (Orange Button)
