# Can I return a custom cable?

Unfortunately, custom cables are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since each custom cable is specifically tailored to your PSU model, color, length, and style, it cannot be resold to others.

Much like custom-made car parts or personalized birthday cakes, custom items are uniquely designed and cannot be returned for a refund.

However, you may find value in keeping it for future builds or reselling it online (e.g. eBay, Reddit, etc.) to others who use the same PSU model.
