# It says my email is already in use?

Probably you have placed an order with us before. An account was created for you automatically.

| Because some of the resources on this site are limited to customers it is necessary to create an account login for you to be able to access these resources. It does mean that you also have the means to track your order status, print invoices, retrieve order history, and provides a reference for any problems if you need to contact us.
