Update on the US Tariff Policy and Its Impact on Product Prices

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the current US tariff policy. This policy is having a widespread impact on companies and product prices globally. While we are closely monitoring the situation, it is unfortunately beyond our control.

At this moment, we want to assure you that we are fully absorbing and covering all additional costs arising from the tariff adjustments. This decision reflects our unwavering commitment to supporting our customers and minimizing any disruptions to your businesses.

For shipments to the USA, we highly recommend all customers select Checkout Express as the shipping method. This option allows us to pre-pay all taxes and tariffs for your shipment using their Tax-Inclusive service, providing you with a seamless and hassle-free experience.

We remain hopeful that the situation will be resolved soon, allowing for a return to normal operations. In the event that the issue persists and cannot be resolved in the near future, we, like many other companies, may have no choice but to increase product prices to ensure sustainable business operations.

For now, we encourage our valued customers to take advantage of the current pricing, as we are continuing to bear all extra costs to protect your businesses from being affected.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Together, we hope for a swift resolution to this situation.

Sincerely,
MODDIY
