Where do you ship from?
Packages are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We ship worldwide, all countries!
We send all packages with tracking number. Once your package is ready for shipping, you will receive its tracking number to your email, where you’ll be able to check its progress along the way.

For standard items, orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours.
For custom items (e.g., custom cables where you choose length, color, and style), orders are usually processed and shipped around 1–3 days.
DDP = Delivered Duty Paid (All Taxes Included). No extra fees on delivery. Customs duty and taxes are included.
DAP = Standard Delivery (Duties & Taxes Excluded). Duties and VAT are not included. You may need to pay local customs fees upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations and import threshold.
