Delivery Terms & Definitions
This is an estimated average lead‑time provided by the post office and courier companies. It is not a guaranteed delivery time. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location.
For standard items, orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours.
For custom items (e.g., custom cables where you choose length, color, and style), orders are usually processed and shipped around 1–3 days.
DDP = Delivered Duty Paid (All Taxes Included). No extra fees on delivery. Customs duty and taxes are included.
DAP = Standard Delivery (Duties & Taxes Excluded). Duties and VAT are not included. You may need to pay local customs fees upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations and import threshold.
