The Summary

We regret to inform you that the carrier has reported an incident with US Customs, affecting a batch of shipments. The carrier anticipates that all affected packages will be released soon once the process is completed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience as we work through this situation.

The Background

We have been informed of an incident reported by the carrier regarding a batch of shipments bound for the United States. Unfortunately, the cargo was rejected by US Customs for reasons that remain unclear.

This shipment included packages from multiple companies, with approximately 120 of our packages affected. The issue may be linked to recent changes in US tariff policies and restrictions, possibly triggered by certain packages from other companies, which in turn affected all shipments within the batch. We would like to emphasize that the import rejection was likely caused by packages belonging to other companies, and unfortunately, our packages were unintended victims of this broader issue.

If the tracking page shows the status 'May 4, 2025 Customs inspection - Import' and it remains unchanged, this indicates that your package has been affected by this incident.

The Follow-Up

The carrier anticipates that all affected packages will be released by US Customs soon based on the latest update on May 23, 2025.

As this situation continues to develop, we will provide further updates as soon as we receive new information from the carrier. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but this matter is entirely beyond our control.

Having operated in this business for 14 years, this is the first time we have encountered such an import rejection. We remain hopeful that the packages will be returned soon and promptly reshipped by the carrier.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We regret this unfortunate incident and appreciate your support.
