Why does my order say "Preparing" or "Label Created" when it's already shipped?

It is completely normal to see your order status listed as "Preparing" or "Label Created" even after your order has been packed and handed over to the courier.

Many customers worry that a "Label Created" status means their package is sitting idle in a warehouse. In reality, this is a standard part of the logistics process, and your package is often already on its way.

Why Is there a Delay in Online Tracking Updates?

Tracking updates are not instantaneous. There is always a lead time between when a carrier physically collects a package and when their system updates the online status.

Seeing "Label Created" does not mean your package hasn't been collected. It simply means the carrier’s system has not yet scanned the barcode at their primary sorting hub.

How the Shipping Process Works Behind the Scenes

Here is what happens step-by-step after you place an order:
