Will I get more power by using 4 x 8pin in 12VHPWR?
NO, you will not.
There are 4 power limit modes in 12VHPWR, which are 150w, 300w, 450w, and 600w.
By connecting Sense0/Sense1 signal pins to GND, the 600w is enabled, regardless of how many 8pin are connected to the 12VHPWR connector.
For example, you are using a 2 x 8pin to 16pin cable with 600w enabled. The max power limit is 600w.

You cannot and will not get any extra power limit over 600w by connecting 4 x 8pin. 600w is the max power limit mode in 12VHPWR.
All 12VPHWR cables you see in the market are all using the 600w mode by default.
RTX 4090 is a 450w card, 600w means 133% of 450w.
