FAQs about order status and shipment tracking update

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an email with tracking number after your order is shipped. If you have not received any email, please also check the spam folder.

You may also login to your account to check the order status and tracking number anytime.

I don't have an account, or I don't know my password. How can I login to my account to check the status?

The system will create an account for you automatically when you placed an order, so you can always check the status.

If you don't know the password, simply use the Forgot your password function to reset the password.

The tracking says label is created, what does it mean?

It means the shipping label and your tracking number has already been generated for your package, and it is being processed by the carrier. You may want to check again 1 or 2 days later, and you should see further updates.

What is the status of my shipment?

If you know your tracking number, you can track it via AfterShip (a universal tracking app supporting most carriers).

For Checkout Express shipments, you should have received a direct Spaceship link where you can track the shipment status.

There is no update for a few days in the tracking?

No worries, it is normal. Post offices and carriers may not provide an update every single day. As long as the package is being processed by them within the logistic chain, it is fine.

When will I receive my package? What is the estimated delivery day?

In brief, regular airmail takes around 1 to 2 weeks, FedEx takes around 1 to 3 days. Please also consider public holidays and weekends which will cause some extra time.

I still have not received my package, what should I do?

First, you may want to track the tracking number and see the latest update, probably the package is almost there. Sometimes it may take a bit longer depending on your location and country.

If the package is already in your country being processed by the local post office, you may also contact your local post office directly with the tracking number to get some latest and accurate status from them.
