What cables should I order for the motherboard, CPU, and GPU?

You just have to go to the section of your PSU brand, and then choose the cables you want to buy.
If you want a full cable set replacement, you may just go for the "Full Cable Set" which includes all the motherboard, CPU, and GPU cables.
If you want to buy a particular cable, you can also choose to buy them individually. Direct links for individual cables are also listed there.
For motherboard cable, choose "Main Power Cable"
For CPU cable, choose "CPU/EPS Cable"
For GPU cable, choose "PCIE Cable", or "12VHPWR Cable" (if you are using the Nvidia RTX40 with 12VHPWR power port)
