How can I cancel or change my order?

Before proceeding, please check whether your order has already been shipped.

If your order has been shipped, you should have received an email update with a tracking number. Unfortunately, once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, as we are unable to request the postal service to halt the delivery.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you have the flexibility to either cancel or modify it. There's no need to cancel and reorder—you can simply request updates to your existing order.
