How can I cancel or change my order?

First, you would need to check if your order has already been shipped or not.

If it has already been shipped (you should have received an email update with a tracking number), then the order can't be canceled. We cannot ask the post office to stop the delivery after it is shipped.

If it is not yet shipped, you can either cancel or make any changes to your order. You don't need to cancel the current order and place a new order if you want to make changes. We can update your current order directly.
