It says my email is already in use?

Probably you have placed an order with us before. An account was created for you automatically.

Because some of the resources on this site are limited to customers it is necessary to create an account login for you to be able to access these resources. It does mean that you also have the means to track your order status, print invoices, retrieve order history, and provides a reference for any problems if you need to contact us. Please note the information stored will never be used to send you any unsolicited email or information.

You may Sign In to your account first, before checking out.

Or if you don't know your password, you may use the Forgot Your Password to reset your password.

Input your email address and click the "Continue" button, and you will receive an email with a confirmation link
Click on the link to confirm your identity
You will receive a second email with your new password
You can change your password anytime in My Account section after you have signed in
