How can I return a product?
Any products ordered from us can be returned within 30 days (from the receipt date). You can either replace your product or get a refund. Returned products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
How do I place an order?
To place an order please add the products you like to your shopping cart and after checking the contents of your cart please proceed to checkout. Enter all your billing details and shipping details (if different that billing), choose preferred payment method. You will then get redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your order and make payment. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address after payment is received (this could take a couple of minutes).
How do I ship my return?

What is your order processing time?
Orders will typically require one to two days processing, pending availability and credit verification. To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure your billing information (name, address, and phone number) is correct.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not require an account to place an order however without an account you would not be able to track your order using our website (you still get email notification regardless of account registration). Registration is preferred and will allow you to keep track of all your order history and details.

Why has an account created for guest checkout?
Because some of the resources on this site are limited to customers it is necessary to create an account login for you to be able to access these resources. It does mean that you also have the means to track your order status, print invoices, retrieve order history, and provides a reference for any problems if you need to contact us.
